Strong Smell: The room had a pungent smell of curry or some other strong scent, which persisted throughout my stay.

our stay at the guesthouse was absolutely delightful. the location was perfect, with great dining options and easy access to transportation. the host was incredibly kind and responsive. the amenities, such as a washing machine, made our stay even more convenient. it exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

It was either scorching hot or freezing cold, no in-between. We booked for a family of five and ended up in two separate apartments in different buildings.

We got great value for our money at this guest house. The room was comfortable and the beds were cozy. The location was perfect, close to the canal and water bus, making it easy to explore Venice. The staff at Goldmine Guest House 1 were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in Venice and had a wonderful experience. My family and I were warmly welcomed and allowed to check-in early, which was a great convenience. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. The location by the canal was perfect, with numerous restaurants to choose from. While the touristic center was a bit of a walk, it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, there were plenty of options for dining and grocery shopping nearby. The kitchen and beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well for a small extra fee. The proximity to the train station was also a plus, and the owner kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. it was a fantastic stay.
